HID EntryProx Readers

The HID EntryProx Readers are a stand-alone proximity reader. The HID EntryProx readers are able to read prox cards and tags, while providing single-door proximity access control. The weatherproof and vandal-resistant casing of the HID EntryProx Readers make it ideal to be mounted indoors or outdoors, up to ten feet away from the control unit using the detachable antenna module. The keypad of the HID EntryProx reader is also ADA-compliant and enables PIN entry or programming, with optional audio feedback and a raised dot on the 5 key. For added security on the HID EntryProx readers, there is an "invalid PIN" lockout feature that prevents numerous tries. If programming is required, the HID EntryProx reader is able to batch load up to 2,000 HID credentials by entering a single keypad command sequence.
